This project involved the complete gut, renovation and addition to an existing Corktown convenience store. The client’s programme required the provision of ground level commercial and residential leasable spaces.

The complete reworking of the second floor and a new third floor rear addition, allowed for the client’s young family to have a spacious urban split level dwelling. The building is now a hub at an important intersection in the rapidly regenerating Regent Park neighbourhood.
